Jessica is a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Certified Dietitian Nutritionist Licensed in Connecticut and New York State. She has extensive experience providing nutrition counseling services for weight management, pregnancy and lactation, gastrointestinal disorders, and cardiovascular disease. Most recently, Jessica worked at Bloomberg LP in New York City in a workplace wellness capacity to help employees maintain a healthy diet and increase overall resilience while dealing with the stress of a demanding job. Jessica enjoys working with clients to break free from the cycle of fad diets and adopt a pattern of healthy eating to last a lifetime. She recently relocated to Fairfield County from Brooklyn, NY with her husband and two children.
