Elizabeth Roth is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. She has 14+ years of experience providing nutrition counseling and coaching for a wide range of ages and conditions. She has worked in long-term care, outpatient care, and served as the Diabetes Specialist in a primary care practice. Elizabeth enjoys helping patients manage chronic conditions including diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and weight management. She is also experienced with GI and kidney disorders, pregnancy and lactation, and pediatrics.

Elizabeth is so happy to be a part of the NutriGreene team, which makes Nutrition counseling accessible through actively working with insurance companies. Elizabeth provides compassionate, non-judgmental and holistic care, getting to know her patients and their unique circumstances. As a mom of three boys, Elizabeth understands the demands of juggling many responsibilities while trying to nourish yourself and your family. Elizabeth helps her patients reach their goals through education, empowerment and by making sustainable changes.
